6" - Usually a snug fit for a women's wrist

7" - Most popular size, a fitted size for an average build

8" - looser on an average build, fitted on a broad build

Wrap a cable or piece of string around your wrist and loosely pinch the ends together. Then measure this length which will then give you your wrist size.
